Assists in overseeing the Dam Bureau in ensuring all dams in New Hampshire are constructed, maintained and operated in a safe manner, administrates construction and consultant contracts, project lead for most lake-level investigations, administration of stream gaging agreements, Emergency Action Planning for state-owned dams, support for the balance of a variety of social and ecological water needs.
